The scheme is designed for customers who require reasonable adjustments to make their visit more comfortable and accessible. This may include essential companion tickets, queue assistance, raised viewing platforms, accessible entrances, visibility of BSL interpretation and other reasonable adjustments.
By working with Nimbus Disability, a leading authority on accessible ticketing, we can better understand and consistently meet individual access requirements while helping to ensure that the support we provide is available to those who genuinely need it.
You can apply for a free Digital Access Pass through Nimbus Disability specifically for use with FEARNES Events Ltd.
As part of the application, you will be asked to provide relevant evidence and information about your access requirements. Nimbus will then assess your application and allocate the appropriate symbols representing the barriers you face and the adjustments you may require.
Once approved, your Digital Access Pass will be valid for three years, and you will receive a unique digital ID number.
You can then use your Digital Access Pass ID when booking tickets for FEARNES Events Ltd events, helping to make the process of accessing the support you require simpler and more straightforward.
The Nimbus Access Card provides a recognised way of communicating your access requirements to organisations, venues, events and ticketing systems across the UK and beyond.
The Access Card uses symbols to discreetly communicate the barriers you face and the reasonable adjustments you may require, such as level access, an essential companion, or assistance with visual or auditory information.
The Access Card costs £15 for three years and can be selected as an upgrade when completing your Nimbus application.
Having an Access Card means you may not need to repeatedly explain your requirements or provide supporting documentation to different organisations. The card and its unique identification number can also be used with participating online ticketing systems.

You will be directed to a simple application process where you can provide information about your access requirements and upload any relevant supporting evidence.
If you already have a Nimbus Access Card, you do not need to apply again.
Your existing Nimbus Access Card can be used to communicate your access requirements when attending FEARNES Events Ltd events.
When booking tickets, please follow the instructions provided on the relevant event ticketing page and enter your Nimbus ID where requested.
Where an Essential Companion requirement has been identified through the Nimbus system, FEARNES Events Ltd will provide the appropriate companion ticket arrangements for eligible customers.
To ensure that our process is fair, consistent and accessible, we will only accept companion ticket applications supported through the Nimbus system.
Please make sure you have completed your Nimbus application and that your relevant access requirements have been approved before purchasing a companion ticket.
We are unable to accept alternative forms of evidence or applications made outside of the Nimbus system.
